At Jewlz, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will offer a replacement or full refund upon confirmation of the defect.

  • Clear photos of the defect

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Returns must be unused and in original packaging.
